- Update the monthly total in the Cost Summary stats
- Update the Podio comparison if it changes the differential
- Add the service to the DevOps Service Inventory
- Save receipt/invoice to Supabase storage under
/admin/receipts/ - If recurring cost > $10/mo, get written approval from Yiorgos
When a New Microservice Is Added
- Document the service in the DevOps Service Inventory
- Add its cost (even if $0) to this Financial Tracker
- Add it to the Dependency Map with fallback plan
- Calculate impact on the Podio cost comparison
- Update the scaling thresholds if applicable
- Create a runbook entry in the DevOps page
